So a recent comment on one of my posts reminded me of a test I heard once that determines how much of a psychopath you are. It's very interesting, so to anyone who comes here (talking to myself) if you haven't heard this before, give it a shot.. with reasoning.. if you've read this before, enjoy the different answers.. and if you want to know the answer.. just google it.. or I can give it away some time anyway if you're lazy.
"This is a story about a girl.
While at the funeral of her own mother, she met a guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing, so much the dream guy that she was searching for that she fell in love with him immediately.
However, she never asked for his name or number and afterward could not find anyone who knew who he was.
A few days later the girl killed her own sister.
Question: Why did she kill her sister?"
I don't wanna spoil it for everybody...but i DID get the right answer when i was asked...freaky business.

What's even sadder is that I know women who would stage their OWN funeral in order attract the attention of a beau.

global: yes.. it's the wrong answer obviously :) There must be a different kind of logic that women use. I personally think that when certain men start understanding it they actually become crazy.. hence the psychopath test.

well ofcourse, it's only common sense. (am i a psycopath?) i don't think you have to be a woman to get the correct answer, i think you just need to know them pretty well. i know a few gals who would do that ( as in kill somebody) ;D

ReplyDeleteDont worry bloggers you are all not psychopaths anyway even if you did get the answer correct reason being is a psychopath would not worry about getting it correct and would probably get annoyed at everyone else worrying and think why the hell would you worry. I know i get it right i was asked that question by my cousin when i was about 14 and i answered it correctly. Its old, and stupid.

ReplyDeletei kept pondering it for a while trying to check for any trick words and such that would make it a bit harder but it turns out my first guess was spot on.
so i guess i'm either gay or a psychopath...thanks alot.

Greyscale: More and more I find myself utterly stupid for not having solved it. Even with no word tricks I didn't get it.. but I'm starting to think it's just about intelligence rather than being a psychopath or thinking like a woman..

ReplyDeleteThis test says nothing. It couldn't possibly determine whether one is a psychopath or not. Intelligence comes into play too. For example, the guy shows up at the funeral and we aren't told that she doesn't find out what his relationship was with the mother. All we are told is that previous to meeting him, she'd never seen him before. So I think people that guess correctly are actually dumber than people who guess incorrectly, or are unable to come up with a guess at all. This is simply because when you don't analyze too much, you're just dumber. People who over-analyze are usually smarter.

What's so damn scary about not feeling fear or guilt or shame? What's the big ass deal? (Seriously. Someone tell me what's so 'scary' about being a psychopath? I want to know what's in your head(s).)

A friend in a chat posted this...an di was the only one that got it. i got it before he even said the ending of it, oddly. But it's complete BS because no site (i've googled and it led me to this site) has named the psychologist that all the sites are claiming did a study of psychos. I'm a psychology lover, i find this pure crap. I'm not a psycho. :(
